Help Desk Field Technician I (L1 onsite)

  • Mission:

Professional on-site support provided for IT issues and requests involving end users / endpoints. The work performed is simple and follows established procedures. To meet time-sensitive appointments and complete onsite work within pre-arranged times frames, I am focused on staying on schedule. Complex issues encountered on-site are escalated to Level 2, for follow up. The technician works in the field, but is also available to provide support at the Help Desk if needed.

  • Printer / Scanner installation basic troubleshooting
  • Workstation component installation / replacement
  • Upgrade of the operating system for workstations
  • LOB Application installation / troubleshooting

Desk-phone installation

  • Mobile device setup / troubleshooting
  • Basic troubleshooting for vendor issues and error messages
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • As a Service Desk Technician, I spend a lot of time inside.
  • Windows 10 Certifications
  • A+ Certification

Help Desk Field Technician II (L2 onsite)

Mission:

Professional on-site support provided for IT incidents involving end users/endpoints. Also, requests that are more complicated using advanced troubleshooting techniques. Provides follow-up on Level 1 technicians escalated issues. Basic troubleshooting of infrastructure-related incidents. Complex infrastructure-related incidents and requests are escalated to Level 3. The technician works in the field, but is also available to provide support at the Help Desk if needed.
